About the Association
History
The Mt Barker & Districts Residents’ Association (MBDRA) was established in 1991 when several concerned residents formed a small group to discuss issues of concern within their community. Local artist Donald Richardson, resident Esme Watson and others created the first official Association Constitution. The Constitution provides the objectives within a guiding document which is still in use today.
